Our classic ice cream cake is made with two layers of ice cream, vanilla and chocolate, with a chocolate biscuit crumble and chocolate fudge sandwiched between the two ice cream layers. The cake is topped with a chocolate ganache and chantilly cream. It serves any where between 8-12 people, depending on the size of the slice ;)

Note: Gluten free ice cream cake is made without the cookie crumble.
